- Input your property to the MLS immediately, not hold back like some agents would do, which will expose your property around the world. We will never know where I buyer may come from. It will be listed on www.realtor.com, a german website called www.immowelt.de, www.worldrealtysearch.com, www.georgemagdanz.com and many more. Exposure is the key to a successful home sale.
- If appropriate, hold your house open and prepare financing packages of possible ways for buyers to buy your home. And of course all other required marketing steps like advertising, sign and flyers etc.
- Communicate regulary with you during the marketing of your property.
- Present all offers made on your home in a timely matter. Besides that is the law.
- Counsel you on all offers and negotiate the best possible price.
- Negotiate and follow trough with the completion of all major contingencies.
- Make certain that the buyer(s) loan(s) are processed promptly.
- Along with your attorney follow up on all closing procedures.
